1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all loyalty promotions carried out by Touch Local Loyalty. By participating in the loyalty promotion, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions.
2. Saving Mechanism
- Customers receive loyalty stamps with every purchase above a minimum spend. This minimum spend can be found on the savings card of the relevant loyalty promotion. Excl. deposit, tobacco products, medicines, baby food up to 1 year, lottery tickets and phone cards.
- The required number of loyalty stamps is listed on the corresponding savings card.
Loyalty stamps are issued by store staff at the (self-checkout) register.
3. Redeeming Savings Cards
- Completed savings cards can be redeemed for a discount on products.
- Redemption of a completed savings card can only take place within the specified promotion period and at the store where the promotion is currently active.
- Not redeemable for cash.
- For this promotion, while supplies last applies. The supplier is entitled to offer a replacement product.
4. Promotion Period
- The duration of the loyalty promotion can be found on the corresponding savings card.
- The supermarket reserves the right to extend or shorten the promotion period.
5. Other Provisions
- Offers are not intended for resellers and/or large-scale consumers. Price changes and/or typographical errors reserved.
- The supermarket is not liable for loss, theft or damage of loyalty stamps or rewards.
- In case of suspected fraud or misuse, the supermarket reserves the right to declare the savings card invalid and terminate participation.
- The supermarket reserves the right to amend the promotion terms and conditions or terminate the promotion at any time.
